Returns & Refunds
We keep returns simple. If something isn’t right, just email us and we’ll sort it out. All prices and refunds are in Australian dollars (AUD).
1. Email us
Message [email protected] with your order number and what’s wrong.
2. Send a photo
If an item is faulty or wrong, add a quick photo so we can fix it fast.
3. We sort it
We’ll arrange a refund, replacement or store credit — whatever suits.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Reaching out early helps us resolve everything quickly and smoothly.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at [email protected] with a photo and we’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement — at no cost to you. In most cases you won’t even need to post anything back.
Changed your mind?
No problem. You can return an item within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Just email us first and we’ll send you the return address. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by you, and once we receive the item we’ll issue your refund or store credit.
A few exceptions
For hygiene reasons we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on swimwear, lingerie or pierced jewellery unless they’re faulty. Items marked “final sale” are also not returnable. Everything else is welcome back.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We’ll email you as soon as it’s done.
Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded, including a refund or replacement for a major fault.
